Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
General conditions
For example: anxiety, stress, depression, weight management
The number of sessions required varies depending on the condition and the individual, but usually at least 8 sessions are required.

Typically takes 3 sessions (depending on the most appropriate treatment plan agreed in the initial consultation)

This takes one session lasting between 90 – 120 minutes depending on the client.

Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness Now – 8-week Programme
Mindfulness Now is an 8-week programme, which is a fusion based on the popular MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) courses.
I am currently running this programme for individual clients on a one-to-one basis, each session lasting an hour.
General Mindfulness and Meditation sessions
These sessions are separate from the 8-week programme and are for anyone with an interest in developing their meditation practice.
Whether you are completely new to meditation and would like to learn more about it, or you have an existing meditation practice in place but would like additional guidance, these sessions are tailored to your needs.
