As a fully certified and licenced Mindfulness Now teacher, I deliver a full 8-week program, which is ideal for those new to meditation, that will get you off to an excellent start in developing your own personal mindfulness and meditation practice. My teacher training with the UK College of Mindfulness which is part of Central England College is approved by The British Psychological Society.
Perhaps you have heard of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes? Both are evidence based and the latter is recommended by NICE.
The Mindfulness Now Programme is a fusion of these, with the benefit of incorporating a personalised one-to-one approach, as opposed to only being delivered in group sessions and workshops.
This one-to-one teaching allows us to focus on what your personal needs are as we go through the course. You will also receive personalised meditation recordings to guide your practice between sessions.
